We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, one of the UK’s largest Plant Hire companies. Their values passion, pace and performance drive them as individuals and as a team. This role will based out of their client’s head office located in Longbridge therefore customer services skills would be key for this role, as you would be representing on the companies behalf.
- Upto £32,000 per annum
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hour week

**This role will involve**:

- To provide 1st line contact for all helpdesk enquiries and service support to customers and suppliers
- Arranging plant hire for various projects in the UK
- Business support across the team
- Administration of customer portals for work requests and invoicing.
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis
- Service & compliance reports
- To ensure all documentation and records are maintained within the CRM systems

**In order to be successful you will need**:

- Plant hire knowledge
- Construction industry knowledge
- Customer service skills
- Able to work in a faced paced environment
