To provide efficient, effective and high standard administrative / secretarial service that meets the needs of the mental health Primary Care Liaison Team. To effectively manage referrals and communications requiring triage and further intervention. Main Responsibility's Provide secretarial support to the Team Manager and team Data entry into the GP PAS system such as Care First / Emis & / Rio computer system Dealing sensitively with any complaints, problems or issues escalating the situation to the team manager as appropriate. To always promote good customer care & anti discriminatory practice.

To assist the team in any research that may be undertaken in the hub. Effective management of all telephone calls including any queries. To be responsible for the receipt of internal/external post ensuring correct distribution. To maintain the referral database for the hub.

copy typing, typing of, reports using Big hand and all other correspondence as required by the team. Facilitate, organise minute and distribution of paperwork for minutes Undertake the organisation and replenishment of the PCL stock stationery items, ensuring items are checked and stored away within the agreed timescales and any discrepancies are reported to the Team Manager.
