Eyfs and Ks1 Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Taking on responsibility for early reading and phonics
- Provide strong leadership in Early Years and KS1, promoting a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
- Teaching across EYFS & KS1 when necessary
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a rich and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of children in both EYFS and Year 1.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning practices, providing guidance and support to enhance the overall quality of education.
- Assessing student progress on a regular basis
- Supporting students' social and emotional development
- Identifying students who may need additional support and connecting them with the resources they need
- Working effectively with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experience of teaching in EYFS/KS1
- In depth knowledge of phonics
- Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching
- Creative and innovative in their teaching methods
- Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A team player who is willing to collaborate with others
- A good communicator who is able to explain concepts clearly
- Flexible and adaptable to the pupils needs
- Have a teaching qualification to teach in the UK

**Salary**: £162.00-£238.00 per day
