We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the discovery phase for a new investment platform, focused on green technology businesses.

This role is available on a short-term contract (8 weeks) and can be based remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Some of the duties involved include:

- Lead the product discovery process, starting from basic customer research and an intended feature list provided by the client.
- Collaborate closely with the client, product managers, and the tech team to define and validate the product idea through a series of standard UX research and design steps.
- Conduct user research to gain insights into target users' behaviours, goals, and pain points.
- Develop personas, user journeys, and user stories to guide product design decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints to generate and prioritise ideas for features and functionalities.
- Demonstrable experience running product discoveries or a background within a startup environment.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing product strategy, including defining long-term vision, goals, and roadmap.
- Strong skills in utilising user research insights to guide design choices and validate product concepts iteratively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, tight deadlines and shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
