Aquila Industrial Cleaning Limited specialises in construction industry cleaning. We provide builders and sparkle cleans, external cleans and a range of specialist cleans for a variety of residential, retail, leisure and commercial projects nationwide.
Day-to-day duties
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Processing new starter information
- Maintaining time and attendance system
- Processing Operative timesheets and invoices
- Resolving queries relating to time and attendance
- Administrative HR tasks
- Coordinating external training
- Collating project information
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Preparing enquiry packs
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Essential skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to produce continuously accurate work
- A thorough and proactive approach
**Salary**: £25,272.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
