**Business Development Manager**
- **Reporting directly to the CEO, your main tasks as Business Development Manager will be**:_
- Winning business, actively prospecting to find at least 50% of new business sales opportunities
- Responding to inbound enquiries and progressing all the sales through a rigorous process
- Qualifying opportunities thoroughly, maintaining a complete prospect list and accurate sales forecast
- Providing efficient and effective hand-over to the delivery teams
- Visiting customers, meeting prospects, attending networking events and being the face of the business

**_As Business Development Manager_ you’ll need_:_**
- Strong experience in new business focussed Business Development Manager role, likely to be gained in a 20-50 person agency type company, winning £50k+ projects and exceeding sales targets
- Experience/knowledge of the Software Development market
- Some understanding of marketing
- A degree or equivalent experience
- A confident, creative, communicative, can do approach
- Self motivated, highly organised with strong attention to detail
