**Position**:
Due to continued growth across the IPRS Group, we are now looking to recruit a further HR Assistant to join our team of HR professionals.
The HR team at IPRS Group are responsible for over 350 employees nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly desirable employer.
This role will be based at our Head Office in Little Blakenham, however we are currently operating a hybrid working process.
**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
**D = Desirable E = Essential**
GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent, (D)
4 GCSE/O level passes A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths; (E)
CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards (D)
**EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Experience of working in an administrative / human resource department (E)
Experience of using various Microsoft programmes and databases (E)
Possess good awareness of employment law (D)
Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive data (D)
