Projects Team Assistant

**Job Role**: We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Projects Team Assistant to join our busy team on a 6-month maternity contract with the possibility of extension.
Your role will include but not be limited to the following tasks:
- Answering the phone and taking messages
- Double checking the relevant documents are signed and received for each project
- Assist in setting up the Project Folders and ensuring Documentation is logged and saved where applicable
- Placing Orders & Raising Purchase Orders
- Keeping track of deliveries and confirming good receipt of deliveries alongside Site Supervisor
- Obtaining VAT invoices for purchases made
- Assisting with the preparation of H&S File’s
- Assisting with the preparation of O&M Manuals
- Liaising where necessary with suppliers and clients
- Taking minutes of meetings when required
- Typing up and distributing minutes
- General support to projects team
- Preparing PC and Snagging Documents
- Sending and chasing client feedback forms
- Any additional tasks required.
**Job Type**: 6 Month Maternity Cover with the possibility of extension Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00 to £26,000.00 per year pro-rata
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 17.30 pm
