We are working with one of the UK's leading Pension funds in their search to find a Team/Project Assistant in a newly created role. The team is going through a busy transitional period and you will be supporting the lead EA in the day-to-day running of administrative tasks but also working to support on the projects surrounding the business integration that is already underway.
As the Team/Project Assistant, you will be armed with a knowledge of MS Projects as well as working with various systems. You will be comfortable with a varied and constantly changing workload.
In your role as Team/Project Assistant you will be utalised in the following duties;
- Provide administrative support
- Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries
- Updating projects and information on the CRM system
- Process and input data into the team’s systems
- Coordinate meetings
- Cascading relevant communications across the other departments of the business
