**Technical Support**

Entry level - Technical Support - £24,000 - Ashford, Kent.

My client, a multinational technology supplier, are looking for someone who is interested in Technical Support to join their large but expanding team. **Full technical training provided.**

In this role, after full training, you will be providing technical support for this company's bespoke technology solutions as well as offering general customer support to their UK wide client base. You will be resolving technical customer queries and promotingexcellent customer service, while working as part of a large team of support professionals.

**This role would suit someone who is looking to take their first steps into an IT / technical support role. No prior experience is required, however a background in phone based support would be very useful.**

Ideally, you will be looking to start a career in IT and will be able to demonstrate your passion for technology. You will require excellent communication skills and a good work ethic. This company is famed for it's ability to promote from within and assuch it's the perfect place to build a career.

Skills Required:

- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Objective thinker and an ability to think outside of the box
- Being able to work well individually as well as within a team
- Reliable
- A willingness to be responsible, take ownership and use your own initiative
- Good analytical and problem solving skills

Your Knowledge and Experience:

- GCSE level qualification passes to include English and Mathematics or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

While working in Technical Support for this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of around £24,000 and will be eligible for a range of company benefits.
