**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain accurate records of all incoming payments and transactions.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Proven experience in an accounts receivable or finance-related role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
