**Office and Events Support Coordinator**:
**Duties & Responsibilites**:

- Meet and greet all visitors to Head Office and Meeting rooms management
- Guide and direct visitors to appropriate departments, as necessary
- Maintain applicable systems for visitor sign in book and courier book.
- Receive and open any unmarked post
- Provide point of contact for incoming couriers, deliveries, and other post
- Receive and distribute all post for all departments into relevant pigeonholes
- Frank outgoing post and organise outgoing couriers if required
- Keep the reception area clean & tidy at all times (note, there is a separate Cleaner)
- Ensure kitchen areas are kept well stocked
- Manage all FM related tasks for Head Office including compliance/sustainability documents
- Provide assistance on FM related projects across our property portfolio.
- Arrange any necessary trades for all maintenance / repairs
- Support the wider branches’ requirements for stationary ordering and controlling the spend output
- Administer purchase order needs
- Organizing events at head office and working with suppliers for external events including researching and providing proposals with costs for review.
- Supporting senior executive team with town halls and exhibitions as required
- Organise Catering needs
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proven receptionist experience
- Excellent IT & Telephony systems skills
- Good written and spoken communications skills
- Provide excellent first-line customer service with a positive 'problem solving' approach.
- A positive can-do attitude and natural gravitas and presence to make things happen
- Able to work on multiple activities / projects simultaneously
- A true team player who is reliable, trustworthy and open
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- Diplomatic skills, for dealing with customer enquiries & complaints
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Ideally a First Aider and Fire Warden; or willing to train
