The key responsibilities for the HR Systems Coordinator are:

Oversee the effective use of HR systems within the organisationEnsure data accuracy across all HR platformsProvide technical support to HR team membersCoordinate system updates and enhancementsProduce regular reports on HR metricsAssist in the development of HR processes and proceduresContribute to HR projects as requiredComply with all relevant data protection regulations

Profile

A successful HR Systems Coordinator should have:

A relevant qualification in Human Resources or ITStrong knowledge of HR systems and databasesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsA proactive approach to work with good project management skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills
