**The Role**
- Liaising with housebuilders, homeowners, estate agents and solicitors
- Negotiating offers to agree a sale followed by sales progressing to completion
- All basic aspects of office administration
- Ability to work within a team and independently (Office based role)

**The Person**
- Excellent customer service provider
- Retail estate agency experience is required including sales progression
- Well organised and solutions focussed
- Polite, friendly, and professional telephone manner
- IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)

**This role will be perfect for someone who has a can-do attitude, solutions focussed, likes a busy working day and looking for a new challenge within the property industry.**

**Salary**: up to £25,000 depending on experience plus performance bonus

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 (1 Saturday in 4 - 10:00 to 16:00)

Holidays: 28 Days holiday per annum inc. bank holidays (extra holidays from 3 years service)

Location: Hazel Grove, Stockport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected start date: 01/02/2024

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
