As the first recruitment agency in the UK to become a certified B Corp, Prospectus is a recruitment business with a difference. For over 60 years we have been working across the UK and internationally to connect talented people with not for profit organisations. At an exciting time of expansion, we are now looking to recruit a new Recruitment Team Leader to join our team of 5. We are flexible where you work, with a mixture of home-based and time at our central London office.

To be considered, you will be an experienced recruitment professional, with knowledge of recruiting across the commercial, not-for-profit or associated sectors in either a recruitment agency or internal recruitment setting. For the team, the ethos is all about relationship building and this post will play a pivotal role in generating new business and cultivating long term connections

With the ability to inspire and manage, you will thrive in supporting consultants at all levels to reach their true potential and representing your team to a wider organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful team that provides professional recruitment consultancy to the vital civil society sector and tread new ground in the future.

Our consultants do not work on individual commission; we are driven by outcomes and impact. We offer an attractive salary and an annual company bonus scheme. Our benefits include flexible working, a share option scheme, a matched pension contribution, 28 days annual leave (pro-rated if applicable), wellbeing support and 6 days off a year to volunteer.
