**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for an individual to join our Client Support team. The goal of this team is to work alongside our Sales and Account Management teams to allow them to focus on new business generation and growing our existing clients. The individual should have a strong interest or experience of working in the regulated payments and banking sector and have an understanding of related processes around onboarding clients, facilitating trades/transactions, client and payment enquiries from an established B2B client base.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with the Sales, Account Management and Client Implementation teams in the collation and accuracy of all onboarding/KYB documents including the completion of all new account implementation documentation, for submission to Compliance
- Being the first point of escalation for internal teams' queries
- Overseeing client configuration and set up such as fees, user information and depositor/beneficiary information
- Handling payment processing enquires from clients such as delays, missing details, rejections, payment confirmations
- Daily and weekly generation of reports
- Proactively managing the allocation of outstanding payments to client accounts
- Managing a portfolio of smaller clients to ensure ongoing business and reactivating clients who are dormant

**With interest in (Experience helpful but not necessary)**:

- Working in a B2B environment supporting clients and Commercial teams
- Experience and familiarity in Payments, Banking, FX and Treasury Management
- Knowledge of payment processing and Acquiring, Issuing and ecommerce
- Previous experience working in a start-up or new business unit is useful but not essential

- Ability to effectively manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
- Ability to follow and update written internal procedures and processes
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Decision maker with a logical mindset

Freemarket offers a hybrid working model and you must be able to attend the office near London Bridge when required.
