**About the role**:
Activate Apprenticeships have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership and Management Trainer to join our team. You'll be creating and delivering engaging and professional training to middle and executive managers as both commercial courses and apprenticeship programmes accredited by the CMI and ILM.
Collaborating with employers, you'll ascertain their skills gaps and developmental needs and use these to inform your review, refresh and design of inspirational and outstanding learning resources.
Through your a blended approach of virtual workshops and face-to-face delivery to clients across the M4 corridor, you'll deliver inclusive and tailored workshops to ensure all learners of varying experience and knowledge levels are able to get the most out of the sessions.
**What do you need to be successful as a Leadership and Management Trainer at Activate Learning?**
While a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CMGR, CIPD), experience delivering ILM and CMI qualifications and knowledge and understanding of the apprenticeship sector would be desirable, they aren't a requirement.
A teaching qualification would be beneficial, but if you don't currently have one we can support you through attaining one with us.
