**Position Overview**: We are looking for a talented Leakage Detection Trainer to develop and deliver training programs focused on detecting and mitigating water leakage in various settings. The Leakage Detection Trainer will play a crucial role in equipping water management professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and address leaks effectively, thereby reducing water loss and promoting conservation efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum on leakage detection techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to water utility staff, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and demonstrations to enhance participants' practical skills in leakage detection and repair.
- Hands on site training.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to leakage detection and prevention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customise training programs based on specific client needs and objectives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and continuously improve training content and delivery methods accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in leakage detection and water loss management, preferably in a utility or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, pipe networks, and water distribution infrastructure.
- Proficiency in using leakage detection equipment and software tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and training program design.
- Certification(s) in leakage detection or related areas (e.g., AWWA Water Loss Control Specialist) is a plus.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
