This clerical role sits within the School of Environmental Sciences Student Experience Team and will primarily provide a defined administrative service to the academic and professional services staff involved in quality assurance and management activities within the School.

You will provide administrative support and work with colleagues to support quality processes. You will report directly to the Student Experience Coordinator (Education). You will work at School level, working across both departments and be required to support the wider student experience as required.

This is a busy, varied and important role requiring a meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multi-task to ensure that all tasks are executed effectively to the highest of standards. You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in providing a service that exceeds expectations.

You should have 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including English Language or relevant experience.
