We have a number of administrator vacancies which we are currently recruiting for:
**Onboarding/Screening**:
The HR Onboarding teams offer a frontline service to our clients, ensuring all new starters have an employee record on our ERP system, Oracle, all Right to Work documents have been accurately checked and are compliant, and all pre-employment screening has been completed in line with government and employer legislation.

**Finance**:
Working within our Finance Service Delivery teams, the roles are varied and you could be processing supplier invoices, crediting customer accounts or being the first point of contact for our finance customers. Every task you carry out will be helping us to provide excellent service to our customers.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Duties within our service delivery teams may include_:

- Processing and resolving requests accurately from our customers and in line with service level agreements
- Prioritising workloads and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and on time
- Inputting data accurately into our internal IT systems
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues
- Working collaboratively on cross-team tasks and projects while achieving personal and team objectives.
- Proactively looking for ways to improve our processes
- Ensuring that customer and client data is handled securely at all times.

**Additional Information**:
While we are recruiting for administrators across all our service areas, we are especially interested in anyone who has previous knowledge of Accounts Receivable for our Finance team.

- Essential Criteria: _
- GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalent experience)
- IT literate and confident in using Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Can demonstrate a customer focused outlook
- Able to follow processes effectively
- Good numeracy and accurate data entry skills with proficient attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload effectively
- Able to problem solve and identify issues that need to be escalated and resolved at a senior level
- A flexible working approach to provide support to other teams where required
- Recognises and understands the importance of confidentiality
- Works well as part of a team and takes individual responsibility to achieve results

- Desirable Criteria: _
- Previous experience of working in a contact centre or shared service centre environment
- Experience of using ERP database systems (e.g. Oracle)
- Payroll experience.
