Alfa Staff are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator for a client in the Newport area of Gwent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, experienced friendly team on a permanent basis.

**Hours of work**: 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday - Full Time. Part time hours would be considered.

Duties to be carried out by the administrator:
- General administrative support
- Diary entry and follow ups.
- Invoicing
- The role will involve retrieving orders from the warehouse for the Clients to collect.
- All other admin tasks.

**Personal attributes / experiences.**
- Good communications skills both in person and via telephone.
- Must have the ability to prioritise various tasks.
- The ability to keep calm and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Must be presentable.
- Previous administrative experience.

Alfa staff acts as a recruitment agency supplying staffing solutions on a both temporary and permanent basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
