**What you will be doing**

As a **Customer Side Leakage (CSL) Performance Supervisor**, you will be an integral part of the North CSL team by producing reports, data & information, turning it into insight and highlighting recommendations for improvement. Working on key improvement activities across the region providing measurable data to base improvements on and measuring control before an initiative is signed off into business as usual. Utilising the reporting information to drive performance improvements to incorporate customer measures as well as operational backlogs.
- Develop knowledge of in-house data sources and systems, and become adept at quickly extracting and analysing data from these sources
- To analyse performance metrics and understand trends. Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders & drive accountability to improve processes, using a data driven approach
- If there is no data at source, to gather data, ensuring there is feasible amount to make an informed decision on trends, root causes and or after a solution has been implemented
- To analyse data, perform detailed root cause analysis on trends and identify actions required by liaising with various functions within the business and interrogating information available in our systems
- To provide feedback of compliance errors to front line staff to improve quality of work being raised and improve cycle times and customer journey
- To play an active part in projects & initiatives for the team when required
- Delivery of continuous improvement projects and ensure data is part of the initial capture to the control
- Drive a zero-compromise approach to Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Water Quality.

**What should you bring to the role?**
- Excellent communication skills, as analytics will need to be clearly explained to business partners and colleagues
- Good workload management, flexibility with the ability to switch between tasks
- Ability to connect analytical findings to a deep understanding of operational performance
- Natural desire to solve problems at their root cause
- Performance management experience desired
