**THE ROLE**

The Hive is a reimagined lead generation and customer service department for the Savills UK business. Residing in Richmond, the Hive is made up of two teams. The Outbound team support Lettings and Sales, while the Inbound team support the whole UK business. The team has embarked on a 5 year project to transform into a modern, technologically advanced department where they plan to become a Market Leader in their space.

As an Apprentice Administrator you will facilitate the smooth operation of the HIVE by working closely with the Operational teams. In addition, you will work on data and insights projects that support lead generation and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administration support to the HIVE
- Meet weekly input goals
- Deliver the agreed operational, stakeholder, service & expertise KPI’s
- Support the department to meet annual output goals and targets
- Ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Monitor the quality of customer interactions and leads, and make recommendations for improvement
- Work with the department to reduce admin time for consultants and increase call time
- Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the company database, ensuring that all data is accurate and accessible
- Analyse available data and recommend projects to optimise processes
- Follow all Hive procedures, processes and frameworks
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the department HODs

**You’ll need to have**:

**GCSE English and Maths at Level 4 (Grade C) or above is a mandatory requirement.**

**TRAINING PROVIDED**
The Business Administrator Standard aims to equip individuals with highly transferable knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied across many different sectors. In addition to this, business administrators will develop the necessary behaviours and workplace experience to support their progression towards management responsibilities.

It takes approximately 18 months to complete the apprenticeship and you will receive a blended method of learning including Tutor Coach visits, remote learning and attending online workshops, working towards achieving nationally recognised qualifications in:

- Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard

We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.

Pay: £21,500.00 per year
