**About the role**:
This post-holder will form part of the School’s team for delivery of international experience to students, sitting within the Employability team. The main duties of this role will be informed by developments in the international strategy, requiring the post-holder to show significant flexibility and adaptability with regard to proportion of time spent on specific duties.

The role has responsibility for all aspects of administrative support for **outgoing and incoming** student exchanges on the School’s undergraduate programmes, ensuring that services are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances. The team work together, developing common systems and processes standardised on best practice and ensuring that University regulations and procedures are adhered to.

The post-holder must be able to work to tight deadlines on their own initiative, and to learn new systems and procedures rapidly.

Study abroad during your School of Management undergraduate degree (bath.ac.uk)

Experience & Knowledge:

- Substantial experience in an administrative support role preferably with experience of student administration or equivalent experience working in a busy office in an administrative role
- Experience and sensitivity of working with people from a wide range of cultures
- Experience of liaising/negotiating and working with a range of staff
- Experience of working with young adults

**Skills**:

- Knowledge at intermediate level of at least one foreign language
- Excellent IT skills and experience of using databases and producing reports
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with a wide variety of people
- Good presentation and facilitation skills, the ability to use Power Point effectively and to present to a range of audiences large and small
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Information management skills including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Capacity to manage and prioritise a high workload, often working to tight deadlines
