We currently have an exciting opportunity in our People Team for a People Business Partner to work with our Retail division. As a People Partner you will support our Head of Retail and also our Employee Experience Manager and Operations Managers to deliveran exceptional experience for all of our people at each stage of the employee life cycle. You’ll ensure we are excelling in Communications across your teams and keep Colleague Engagement at a high. Using data to drive strategic decisions you will lead on embeddingthe values and behaviours that make END. a great place to work and identify and develop people’s skills, talents, and potential to enable them to grow personally and thrive at work.

We’re looking for an experienced People Partner - it would be ideal if you have experience gained within a retail environment and any European HR experience will also be welcomed.
