**BOOKKEEPER/ FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR - HENLEY ON THAMES- PART TIME 12 TO 15 HOURS PER WEEK - £20 PER HOUR**

An independent Estate Agent in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a part-time bookkeeper/Financial Administrator to join their team. The hours of work can be split over two or three days with flexibility on times, if they are between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

**THE ROLE**: The Bookkeeper/Financial Administrator role will involve the following:

- Responsible for multicurrency postings (Purchase and Sale Invoices, Bank Postings, etc.
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the ledger.
- Process business expense returns.
- Processing BACS payments.
- Preparing monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations; Accruals, Prepayments
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchase and sales ledger
- Nominal ledger
- Part of the role will include processing property rents received using specialist rent software.
- QuickBooks
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to manage your workload independently
- Excellent written and spoken English and be a good communicator.
- Be enthusiastic, with good initiative
- Be self-motivated and reliable team player
- Have good organisational skills
- Show great attention to detail
- Demonstrate a good track record and experience in all aspects of bookkeeping
- Have a flexible and positive approach to the pressures and challenges of a busy office
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Quick Books
