**Responsibilities and Duties**

General Office duties including but not limited to:

- Managing the reception area, including welcoming visitors to the office.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms and sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Supporting and handling enquiries and clerical duties associated with residential lettings and property management, which may involve liaising with landlords and tenants.
- Managing the inventory and purchasing of office supplies.
- General filing.
- Preparing and sending invoices, maintaining client databases.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**Skills and Experience**

You will be required to have a driving licence with access to a vehicle as some offsite appointments may need to be attended on occasion for support with viewings and inspections.

09:15- 17:00 Monday to Friday
38.75 hours per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
