**Office based 5 days per week in Birmingham City Centre**

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Team Administrator. This is a well established client with lots of benefits, including fantastic offices to work from.

The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the team and ensure that high standards are maintained.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Client interaction and assist with project management
- Assist with reporting of financial information
- Support with creating marketing materials
- Manage and book travel and accommodation

**Knowledge/Skills required**:

- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Some Real Estate experience is desirable
