**Job Title: Housing Officer**

**Location: Rooksbridge, Axbridge, Somerset - Hydrid Remote**

**Hours: Full time 35 hours per week**

**Salary: £31,520 plus essential car user’s allowance and other benefits**

The successful applicant will manage a patch of homes and tenancies with responsibility for allocations, tenancy and estate management and resident engagement. We have a separate income collection team; although the successful applicant will work closely with this team to support tenants with managing their rent accounts. We are looking for a great communicator, skilled in working with individuals, often in challenging situations, alongside building relationships with other partners and stakeholders. You will be flexible and dynamic, managing your time effectively to meet your varied and changing priorities; no two days are the same
