We are seeking a technically proficient and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and product assistance to customers, resolving issues and managing subscription retention.

With uncapped commission and a clear career trajectory into senior support and management roles, there's no limit to your potential growth with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Diagnose and resolve problems with customer hardware and software configurations.
- Manage customer retention and subscription management, ensuring customers are satisfied and renew subscriptions.
- Assist with the installation and setup of tracking devices and related software.
- Package products for dispatch, ensuring accurate and secure packaging.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of products.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise support processes and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software is advantageous.
- Willingness to occasionally assist with packaging and dispatch tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
