We are seeking a confident and proactive Client Experience Agent to join our Head Office Customer Service Team at Agent Provocateur. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will deliver exceptional client service, support day-to-day operations, and provide informed responses to customer enquiries via telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impeccable client service
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Head Office Customer Service Team
  • Provide informed responses to online customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Investigate customer cases from beginning to end, providing the best possible solutions
  • Be proactive, show initiative, and suggest ideas to improve the current service offering
  • Work to a shift pattern, requiring 3-4 hours per day, for 3-4 days per week

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Head Office Customer Service Advisor or Sales Assistant role for a premium/luxury brand
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience working with Zendesk and Business Central (desirable)
