Bernini Natural Stone Limited specialises in the supply and installation of Granite Quartz, Marble & Dekton worktops nationwide. Bernini was started using just hand tools and the craftsmanship of our workforce, we have since grown into a fully automated production facility.

Using the latest CNC machinery we offer quality products at a very competitive price along with a fast turnaround time for the manufacture and installation of Marble worktops, Granite worktops & Quartz worktops throughout the UK.

We pride ourselves on our customer care and providing high standards of service and workmanship. We aim to be competitive at all times without compromising on quality.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Supporting the Office Manager
- Serving customers via telephone and dealing with any enquiries
- Data input and collation of data
- Administration of template and installation bookings
- General administration duties
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a busy, reactive environment
- Work well under pressure during certain time of the calendar months that are busier than expected
- Give excellent customer service whilst using initiative
- Must be able to multitask, be reliable, self-reliant, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties in line with business requirements

**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) desirable
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) desirable

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard which includes:

- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Via your ITEC tutor and on-the-job training, you'll get the opportunity to learn:

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**

**Salary**: £6.00-£7.50 per hour
