We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client,an experienced Business Apprenticeship Tutor to join theor existing team on a permanent basis.
The Business Apprenticeship tutor will play a pivotal role in guiding and training learners through their apprenticeship journey. They will drive the successful delivery of the curriculum and facilitate engaging learning experiences whilst providing personalised support to help apprentices achieve their goals and contribute to the organisation's mission of providing high-quality apprenticeships. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Qualifications, Competence & Behaviours
* Have a minimum of 3 years occupational experience be able to demonstrate a high level of practical skill in the sector relevant to subject area.
* Possess appropriate vocational qualifications and/or competency in a number of areas such as management, admin, lean, customer service, digital skills etc.
* Hold or be willing to work towards relevant teaching qualifications e.g. PTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed etc.
* Hold or be willing to work towards relevant assessing qualifications e.g. CAVA.
* Level 2 Functional Skills (English, Maths and ICT) or equivalent
* Proficient in the use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office programmes.
* Have experience of training and/or assessing in an educational or workplace environment.
* Good understanding of ESFA funding rules, EPA requirements etc.
