DWP is looking to fill 4 roles within Disability Services. We deliver a range of services to a broad customer base of around 22 million people.

**Job description**:

- Help drive performance and service assurance improvement across DS, working in partnership with the multiple stakeholders including the DS Senior Leadership Team, Service Planning and Design, Digital, CFCD and Operational Centre.
- Provide performance analysis to help identify reasons for any performance or productivity shortfalls and make recommendations for how to improve DS service delivery and to support senior leaders in making informed choices on strategic and tactical solutions.
- Consult with key stakeholders to ensure digital platforms reflect key business requirements, raising functionality update requests to reflect changing operational priorities and structures.
- The post holder will, as part of their normal duties, be required to consult directly with relevant stakeholders, across all grades, to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Building and maintaining MI packages to support Focus on Service and Service Optimisation for multiple product lines.
- Regularly liaise with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gather and present appropriate briefings data and monitor progress.
- Analyse the data and identify trends or issues impacting performance.
- Provide accurate forecasts of Heads of Works and Deployment requirements.
- Support the teams within the network to understand the tools and MI packs and ensure compliance in recording.
- Arrange meetings and host regular calls with colleagues, leaders and other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Present briefings and any findings to SLT and other colleagues as appropriate.
- Consult with colleagues in the wider PPSD team to understand the issues impacting the service lines and react as appropriate to support any changes.
- Build and maintain any other appropriate tools to record and display the supply and demand position in a consistent way across all product lines.
- Take forward and drive the continuous improvement agenda across all product lines.
- Will help to successfully land change, providing a high calibre service in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Analysing, evaluating, and interpreting data and other relevant information to identify issues and proactively devise and develop options to solve problems and/or address areas of concern.
- Draft succinct, comprehensive, well-informed communications products to a high quality, with clearly defined options and well thought out recommendations for consideration by senior management.
- The role will involve the line management of a small number of EOs.

**Essential Criteria**
- Strong communications skills using a variety of communication methods including digital and telephony, demonstrating excellent drafting/briefing skills with the ability to confidently deliver messages and lead in-person and virtual meetings (Lead Criteria).
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure actions are completed in a timely manner, often to tight deadlines (2nd Lead Criteria).
- Strong evaluation skills to interpret and report on complex trends and inform decisions.
- Sound and confident decision-making ability.
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Good communications skills
- Ability to handle very large data sets.
- Experience of working within a compliance, continuous improvement, and Service Assurance role.
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
