We are now looking for **Support Workers** to join us at Alderwood House, purpose built 32 bed home located in Dumbarton.

**£10.50-£10.60 per hour + overtime rates + benefits**
**Full and Part time opportunities available.**

You’ll be a founding member of a dedicated team, offering excellent support and delivering the highest standards of care to the residents who will live here.

As a mental health facility, we have everything that you would expect such as tele conference, training and staff meeting facilities, electronic care planning and rota system, consulting rooms, life skills kitchens, and rehabilitation accommodation all within an environment that has been designed and decorated to meet the needs of individuals who experience complex and enduring mental health issues.

**But what about you?**
You will be an important part of the team, supporting the Senior Support Workers and Nurses in delivering the highest standards of support to the residents of this mental health facility.

You will already have gained previous experience in a similar role and this, combined with the training you will receive and your very own mentor for 12 weeks, means you will settle into your new role in no time.
