- **Equans is looking for a Multi-skilled Handy Man to join our team in Newman RC College on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role work**ing 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.**

**Shift Pattern as follows**:
6:00 - 14:00
08:00 - 16:00
12:00 - 20:00

**What will you deliver?**:
Undertaking general duties, which include but are not limited to porter services (i.e. deliveries, exam set-ups); reactive cleaning (bodily fluid spillages); general maintenance (changing lamps, replacement ceiling tiles); carrying out of Planned Maintenance activities (Legionnaires checks, door condition checks, building fabric inspections, etc) working in all weathers (litter picking, gritting, leaf removal).

**Who are we looking for?**:

- This role reports directly to the Facilities Manager, maintenance experience is advantageous, but not essential. However, the individual must:

Be keen, motivated and reliable
- Able to promote good customer relationships
- Have a proven track record of practical maintenance skills
- Have good knowledge of Health and Safety
- Have the ability to follow site and company policies and procedures
- Cover lettings to meet business requirements
