RAM Construction Solutions Ltd is a leading flooring contractor with a strong presence in the North West region. Founded in 2020 by its Directors, who have extensive experience in the flooring industry, the company has established itself as a reputable player in the market.

The company's Directors have been involved in some of the largest soft flooring commercial installations in the UK, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. With a focus on the residential market, RAM Construction Solutions Ltd has been growing steadily since its inception, and is now seeking a Senior PA to join its team.

About the Role

The Senior PA will work closely with the Managing Director and oversee the smooth running of the office. This will include managing a small team, ensuring the smooth running of all live flooring installation projects, and working closely with the Contracts Management team to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

The Senior PA will be responsible for driving projects forward along agreed timelines, managing and mentoring the office staff, and driving productivity. They will also be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of planning, procurement, and project management for projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a Senior PA/Office Manager role in the Construction sector, with a background in flooring being beneficial but not essential. They will possess excellent man management and communication skills, and be able to liaise with stakeholders and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive projects forward along agreed timelines by managing and mentoring the office staff and driving productivity.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of planning, procurement, and project management for projects.
  • Ensure all materials are accounted for prior to procurement and delivery to achieve start dates and milestones.
  • Oversee the running of projects to ensure flooring installers are aware of the specification and requirements of each project to help achieve a smooth and efficient handover.
  • Account for costs and invoice clients accordingly once projects are completed.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 5 years of experience in a Senior PA/Office Manager role in the Construction sector.
  • A background in flooring would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent man management and communication skills, and an ability to liaise with stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Well-organized and able to deal with a high volume and varied workload.
  • The ability to manage and work well as part of a small and close-knit team.
