- Minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
- Experience in an IT support environment, particularly with small and medium enterprises, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Server Infrastructure, Office 365, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with virtualised infrastructure (Hyper-V and VMware).
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including Cisco switches and firewalls.
- Experience with SAN technology and implementation.
- Advantageous: Microsoft Certified.
- Familiarity with Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Server Technologies, Microsoft Azure cloud platform, and Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Scripting ability is desirable.
- Experience with cloud solutions.
- Experience with IT security solutions.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, flexible, and customer-driven.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commercially aware.
- Valid driving licence.
