We are looking for **Entry level (Trainee)** preferably with Minimum **HND **in Computer Science. Networking or relevant IT Field.

**Entry Level**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- First line support - part of the helpdesk team, logging and clearing calls
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Application and system advice
- System administration tasks
- Internal systems support
- Work alongside highly skilled and Knowledgeable IT Specialist with numerous range of projects.

**Requirements**:
Experience advantageous
- Networking/Software or related IT field/HND/HNC
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent spoken and written communications skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Can work independently and part of a team
- Advantageous - Knowledge and some experience with Microsoft office 365
- UK Driver License
