**About the role**
ELM Group is a leading residential estate management company, with a management portfolio of over 155 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments across the United Kingdom. Our not-for-profit organisation has a great opportunity for you to join our Board of Management. As a vital part of the Board, you will be key to ensuring the success of the Association and ensuring its compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations by directing and supervising the Association’s affairs.
**About you**
We are looking to recruit a new Board Member for 2 terms of 3 years (6 years) in line with the National Housing Federation Code of Governance 2020. We meet on the 2nd Monday morning of each month, (except June, August, and December). There are currently 6 members of the Board plus two Leaseholder Board Members.

**Hours**: The Board meets 9 times a year on a Monday during normal working hours, with an additional Strategy Day usually in September.
**Remuneration**: £3,000 per annum plus reasonable expenses
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £3,000.00 per year
