**About the role**:
You will be assisting in all aspects of accounts, including credit control and liaising with other departments and customers as required. As an individual, you will come with experience of working within a similar role and be a strong communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise workloads.
- This is a part-time office-based role. The hours are 15 hours or 22.5 hours a week, between Monday - Wednesday. _

**Key Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Keeping accurate and complete records
- Resolution of disputes for Invoice and payment queries
- Processing purchase orders
- Supplier form completion
- Taking inbound calls

**Essential skills**:

- Proficient with common IT systems
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to make/maintain clear accurate records
- Self-starter
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Amenable but persuasive manner towards customers and other staff
- Flexible team player, with ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong Telephone skills
