Are you an Admin or Similar, looking for an days-based role within a market-leading FM company, who will develop you through extensive ongoing training, with a clear progression structure in to management?
The company are a Large well established commercial property maintenance company with an extensive portfolio spread out over London. They have seen extensive growth after the pandemic and have gone from strength to strength.
On offer is a role where you will be supporting the Service Coordinator, ensuring that the company delivers on its contractual obligations professionally, on time and in a cost-efficient manner and that we meet the expectations of our clients and stakeholders.The role will be very varied with a mixture of auditing engineer activity, providing guidance to the field teams, reporting monthly on the performance of the portfolio and more.
This is an opportunity for a Admin or Similar,looking to be developed through extensive ongoing training with a clear progression structure in to management.

- Supporting the Service Coordinator
- General admin and office tasks
- Dealing with Clients, Sub-contractors, Engineers
