£30,125 to £39,625 OTE**
£20,000 to £31,500 basic salary, dependent on experience. Up to £5,400 in capped commission, related to tenancy extensions, contractor commission, and property preparation fees. A further £2,725 uncapped commission target.
- ** Company car**
Received within your first two weeks of employment. Can also be used for personal travel.
- ** 30 days paid holiday entitlement**
Includes 22 days, plus bank holidays. Where a bank holiday is worked, you will be entitled to a lieu day.
- ** Fixed working hours**
08:30-18:00 (Monday to Friday)
09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday back as a day in lieu)

**The responsibilities of a Lettings Administrator at haart Estate Agents in Guildford**
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience in a Property Manager/Lettings Administrator role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history
- Ability to meet deadlines
