**About the team**
The Sales Executive will carry a sales quota for the region based on Total Contract Value (TCV) of the new business sales achieved during the period. Commission will be payable as per FIS standard terms and conditions.
**What you will be doing**
The role will cover the full sales process and associated tasks and duties including but not limited to: helping organize and steer marketing campaigns, direct cold calling and lead generation, expanding contacts within existing accounts plus establishing meaningfulcontacts amongst new prospects.- Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking and cold calling to ensure sales quotas are achieved
- Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accounts
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans for each major opportunity
- Participating in sales calls and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other FIS departments to win and close the deal
- Building and developing relationship to work with key client and new prospects at all relevant levels
- Reflecting input activity within and maintaining accurate and comprehensive sales database (Dynamics)
- Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends
- Developing the ability to cross/up-sell across a full solution suite and associated delivery models (ASP/IMS/On-Premise).

**What you bring**:

- Prior experience in financial services in and/or Europe
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in similar market place
- Industry knowledge within Capital Markets software is desirable but not essential
