**Audit & Accounts Manager Job Vacancy**

You’ll be ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified with an all-encompassing skillset across audit and accounts management. You’ll also be detail focused and technically minded, with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills will be essential, and you’llhave proven experience of overseeing and mentoring a team.

This opportunity will suit someone who is eager to work within a varied role, delivering high quality work to a significant client portfolio. A passion for building trusted client relationships is essential.

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, naturally inspiring a team, setting an example for junior staff, and confidently working as part of the management team.

**Job Purpose**
- Manage the delivery of accounts, confidently using software including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
- Prepare financial statements to completion, including taking responsibility for on-site audit team where necessary.
- Prepare corporate tax computations.
- Oversee junior team members, reviewing working and providing constructive mentorship.
- Liaise with clients and third parties, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
- Oversee accounts and audit jobs, assisting junior staff where required.
- Confidently network and undertake business development activities.
- Support the senior management team with ad hoc duties as needed.

**The Successful Applicant**
- ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified with experience across audit and accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software.

- Good time management and punctual.
- Ability to motivate a team, providing support and advice.
