**HB Leisure** is the leading provider of skill games and amusements around the world. Operating in over 100 theme parks across 25 countries, we are recruiting for a **Purchase Ledger Assistant **to be an integral part of the **Purchase Ledger Team **within the **Finance** **Department**. As a **Purchase Ledger Assistant**, you will be assisting with the **Purchase Ledger **processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency with invoices from the UK and around the world plus other general finance duties.

**Job **Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and upkeep our supplier information.
- Capture supplier documentation and upload to the finance system.
- Code invoices and credits to the correct nominal accounts and cost centres on the system.
- Ensure that the authorisation process is adhered to correctly.
- Schedule supplier BACS payments.
- Assist with month end processing.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Process employee expenses and petty cash.
- Process business credit card statements.
- Take part in the ad-hoc analysis of supplier information.

**Person Specification**:

- Experience of working in a finance team.
- Tenacious with good time management.
- Have the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Hold strong IT skills (particularly MS Office and Microsoft Excel).
- Be self-motivated and able to take initiative when needed.
- Able to work to strict deadlines.
- Have good written and oral communication skills.
- Have high attention to detail.
