An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Owner to lead the development of Jaguar Land Rovers Online Technical media and diagnostic portal for our approved retailers and aftermarket TOPIx.

The Product Owner will be responsible for owning the product evolution roadmap developing capability in support of business requirements, working with a variety of teams stakeholders, scrum masters and product developers to ensure the final product meets certain requirements and preferences ensuring the products realise maximum business advantage.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Own and manage the product vision and road map.
- Own, manage and prioritize product backlog including bugs
- Engage with partners on System and Software Quality matters
- Budget awareness and tracking features for sign off
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure new feature requests are understood for software implementation which meets quality expectations functionally and None functionally
- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap Groom and prioritize backlog
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Set sprint goals
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Keep track of industry trends

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience in either a Product Management or Product Owner role.
- Proven internal/external stakeholder management ability.
- Demonstrable experience working in an entrepreneurial environment where pace and execution are a pre-requisite.
- Extensive Agile & Software Project Management experience
- Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies: Agile, Lean, Waterfall
- Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA
- Experience in working across the full Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to manage diverse teams and multiple priorities
- Experience in facilitating / leading large-scale innovation / planning workshops
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and focus on results/outcomes
