Quality Manager - Food Manufacturing Business

Location: North London

Salary: £40k - £43K + benefits

Role Overview:

This is a significant role within a fast growing food manufacturing business who are going from strength to strength.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the quality assurance teams

* Supervise and ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are followed by all personnel on the factory floor.

* Ensure all paperwork related to HACCP or food safety procedures are accurately completed.

* Check product quality frequently on the factory floor.

* Maintain a high standard of site hygiene and housekeeping.

* Issue and collect daily quality documentation.

* Develop a culture that values and nurtures continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Experience working as a Quality/QA Manager within food manufacturing.

* A keen emphasis on hygiene and housekeeping.

* Effective organisational and time management skills.

* Proven track record in team development

* A keen eye for detail.
