About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This position has become available as we expand our support team to meet the growing needs of our students. As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting classroom teachers, and providing high-quality learning experiences for students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team committed to educational excellence. This role stands out for its focus on professional development and the chance to work in a school that values innovation and creativity in teaching.

Application Requirements:

• A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.

• Experience working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for inclusive education and the ability to adapt to the needs of all learners.

• The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.

• Leading small group interventions to boost student achievement.

• Planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of the teaching staff.

• Assisting in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
