About Us: We are a leading land acquisition company specialising in the residential sector, sourcing and distributing prime land to house builders. With a strong reputation for strategic land acquisitions and exceptional project delivery, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Winchester.
About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the acquisition and development process of residential land projects. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of residential land acquisition projects from initial identification through to completion.
* Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate potential land acquisitions.
* Collaborate with landowners, house builders, planners, and local authorities to secure necessary approvals.
* Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including house builders and local authorities.
* Conduct regular site visits to oversee project development and ensure quality control.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that arise.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential construction or land acquisition sector.
* Strong understanding of land acquisition processes, residential development, and planning regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Full UK driving licence.
Qualifications:
* Relevant degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Professional membership of a recognised project management or construction institution (desirable).
